Step 'n' Sculpt is a fun and friendly exercise class for all fitness levels and all shapes and sizes! It is aimed at providing a total body workout to get you fit and burn fat as well as tightening and toning legs, bums and tums.

Classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6-7pm at the recently refurbished Burley Conservative Club in Leeds and cost just £3.00 per class, with water and all equipment provided.
